Everlong is your personal registered dietitian, whenever and wherever you need them. Entirely virtual and almost always covered by insurance, our team of experienced dietitians is excited to help you reach your nutrition and health goals.

We treat a variety of nutrition concerns, including emotional/stress eating, chronic dieting, body image concerns, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and more.

What We’re Looking For

As the Outreach and Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and establishing strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and executing outreach initiatives, forging collaborations with other companies and organizations across the United States, promoting our nutrition counseling services, and generating provider referrals and revenue for our company. You will be the face of Everlong.

Everlong is a fully-virtual and rapidly-growing company. You will report directly to the Director of Operations and must be able to travel occasionally. This position is for a full-time, 100% remote, Outreach and Partnerships Manager. You must reside in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

* Outreach Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive outreach strategy to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.

* Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, including healthcare providers, fitness centers, corporate wellness programs, and other relevant organizations.

* Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional personnel to create compelling marketing materials and educational content to support outreach efforts.

* Events and Conferences: Attend both in-person and virtual events and conferences to network and generate leads. Must be able to travel domestic occasionally.

* Lead Generation: Generate leads and convert them into clients by showcasing the benefits of our nutrition counseling programs.

* Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of outreach and partnership initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

* Must shine and thrive as the center of attention, be comfortable being one of the most important faces of Everlong, and be quick on your feet to turn any situation into your advantage.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

* 4+ years of proven experience in outreach, partnerships, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

* Exceptional organizational, negotiating, and project management skills.

* Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative outreach campaigns.

* Proficiency in technology (Google Workspace, CRM software, etc.).

* Passion for health and nutrition is a plus.

*Salary includes total compensation package.

Pay: $77,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
